Hi all,

i need to create a function to export the lead with specific status and i maps the status of vicidial with another system for import, but i googled for a space or a file to create this function but i didn't find anything.

i ask you if there is a place to put my function files and then call from web pahe in admin section. The function works but i'am afraid of an update rewrite my function.

I want to create a function for download a result in any moment of the works and can download a .csv with the status mapped and clear from all field in table vicidial_list.

i searched into vicidial if exist one place to put the external function or modify a existing function for do this.

If I'm reading this correctly, you are trying to add an application to generate a csv file and then remove data from Vicidial.

Vicidial does not have a "module installer" or a way to execute Functions from the Web GUI.

You would handle this at the Operating System level and create the files directly on the HD and execute them outside Vicidial (or modify a Vicidial page to have a "button").

This could be done in PHP or PERL or PYTHON or just about any other language. Any Vicidial Professional could create it, but also anyone who knows PHP and MySQL. There are hundreds of PHP/PERL/PYTHON/ETC sites out there that would be useful if you want to do this yourself. Once the data is in MySQL, Vicidial is not really involved in the process.

There are download buttons on some of the Vicidial Report pages that could be useful for downloading the data. As well as "empty this list" links on all the lists, if you want to wipe the entire list.

I have found one solution:

i create a link to a custom report and a wrote a php script fordo any operation on lead and list with external application.
