Load Balance web interface

Postby davide.filippi » Wed Feb 08, 2017 2:24 pm

Hi all!
I have 3 pbx with vicidial installed with web interface, let say 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.2, 192.168.1.3.
Is there any way for an agent click on one only link and the system balance the number of agent on each pbx?

Thank you

Are they all clustered to the same database?

Have you looked at Phone Login Load Balancing?

Yes, they all clustered to the same database.
My problem is that agents have 3 link for log in the /agc/vicidial.php but they click always in the first link so the first server is overloaded (sorry for my bad english).
I want to create one only link that automatically balance agents in the three server

You should be using a dedicated web server for your cluster, then you can use phone login load balancing.

Is there a step-by-step guide?

A step-by-step guide for what exactly?

Have you already read the Vicidial Manager Manual in full?

Have you used VICIbox ISO installer before?
