Hello Matt, everyone...
Im using:
- Code: Select all
Asterisk 1.2.19
libpri-1.2.4
zaptel-1.2.18
Astguiclient 2.0.4b0.5
And i have some weird problem... only manual dialing works. For some strange reason predictive just won't start dialing. I have leads on the hopper... i have agents logged, the time range is ok... but it just won't dial. Are there some new gotchas in this version I should be aware of...?
What logs should i look for into this??
Also i've been getting a the "Unable to forward frame to Local_______" messages. I've read somewhere this only happens in manual mode, but i cannot get the "other" mode working.
Greetings!
Alejandro
PS: Matt did you receive my manager manual in spanish? I've sent it to the email you asked for.

Is this a single server or multiple servers? Confirm that NTP is synced between multiple servers. Make sure your dialplan has a 9 assuming that is the dial prefix in your campaign setup.

Thanks for the reply Enjay... it is just one server, and im positive i have the 9 set up.
I doubt it has anything to do with the dialplan, as I've said manual calls are working just fine. Im really not sure what i am doing wrong, I've installed successfully VICIDIAL a couple of times, but this one(MINE
) just won't work.
Have you used the astguiclient i mention here?
Thanks,
Alejandro

have you checked you screen -r to se if everything is runnig? Have you checked you database, so that you don't got a lot of rows in vicidial_autocalls? I previerse version this whas the most common problem. Do asterisk-cli or agiout post something that got with this error to do?

Post asterisk cli after a agent logs in auto-dial mode and clicks "Resume"
Also are you sure you haven'y install asterisk-perl from cpan ? You need version 0.08 for vicidial to work . Make sure you have 0.08 installed and not 0.09

Hi
i have some hint for you
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)
check the dialplan, how your PSTN or SIP accepts the call.
is the manual dial mode working ?
did u tried with softphone or try to call out with out using AGC ?
ram
Kindly post your feedback, if this solution works.
so its very usefull for others who join later as a NEWBIE.
