Please check:
Prefix used on campaign
Balance (as Frequency has stated)
Correct IP to Carrier ( This will be Channel Unnavailable i believe )
Carrier has your correct IP ( This will be Channel Unnavailable i believe )
ADMIN ---> CARRIER : Please check you enabled your carrier, as well all parameters there...
And last but no least, if you fix it, let everyone knows and share your findings
