auth USER DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE THIS FUNCTION

Hi Guys,

Got a new problem here. Hope you can shed some light on how to fix this.
We upgraded our new VICIdial system to newer version. When performing calls from our internal website using my virtual machine, it successfully connects me to VICIdial.
But when I tried to integrate it to our production website, an error pops out "ERROR: auth USER DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE THIS FUNCTION - xxxxxxxxxx|user|external_dial||".

Check the user settings for that user, specifically the API related features toward the bottom of the User Modify page.

Thanks mflorell, adding external_dial in the API allowed function in user settings works for me.
