Can dial from Softphone directly but not working in campaign

I can dial any number from softphone directly or if i Use DIAL OVERRIDE in Manual dial option from campaign but no call is going through in campaign in both conditions Manual or AUTO-DIAL?
Can someone help stuck on this?

It is clearly a dialplan issue
