There's a reporting discrepency between the call status stats and the "statuses within list" report. The call status is showing alot more No Answer AutoDial than the statuses within list report.
Both reports were ran at the end of the first day of using the dialer. Let me know if there's a quick explanation. If not I'll look at the code, check the discrepency and post it.

I think you should look at the code. Maybe there is some error.

It looks like the statuses within the list is only put the most recent status for that lead whereas the other report is looking at historical data. For example if a lead was called twice and both times had No Answer then the List report will only count that once whereas the vdad will count it twice.

I have a similar issue statuses within this list shows only 600 numbers were dialed, but Vdad report shows 1200.
In my case however it is strange that the list had just been added and that recycling was NOT on...
have you found any more on this topic? How did you solve the issue, basically im interested to know which report can i rely on for acurate call volumes and dialed leads...
