Conference problems with Vicidial

I am having problems with my current Vicidial installation
it has been working fine. But today we restarted it and
Asterisk is not calling the Agents for creating the
conference.

post some asterisk cli output when an agent tried to login . Is mysqld running properly ?

please also post output from screen -r, to se if everything is correct. I aaume that you already have tryed to reload your zaptel-modules and started asterisk with you start_asterisk_boot.pl-file. Have you tryed to start asterisk with asterisk -vvvvvvvvvvvvgc to see if it post some strange errors?
