Dial Method is the campaign's Dial Method that is set on the campaign modify page
(the next 3 are recalculated several times per minute)
AVG Agents: number of agents the dialer thinks are active at this moment
DL DIFF: the difference that the predictive algorithm thinks would be best to make to the current dial level
DIFF: the percent difference of the above
PRIORITY: the Queue Priority as set in the campaign and/or in-groups
OUTBALANCE: an outbound call placed on a dialer that had available trunks for another dialer that was out of trunks to dial for the number of agents on it.

DL DIFF: the difference that the predictive algorithm thinks would be best to make to the current dial level, and what the current dial level is at this moment.
You don't need to use those as advice for changes to make if you are using one of the ADAPT dial methods, because the system is already making those changes for you several times a minute. Those fields are for information only, you don't need to act on them or manually do anything.

Every company is different, I'm sure there are situations where you would want to set it aggressive, but I can't think of any specific ones at the moment.
