So this is quite a weird issue we are facing,
When he agents hangup a call with the customer there is about 10 - 15 second delay before the actual call gets hung up. or until the customer hangs up the line. The other weird part of this is that is is sporadic so we have 10 agents on the phone it might be happening to 1 - 2 agents and jumps around to different agents, so not all agents at the same time. This issue just started about a day ago. I have never seen it happen before. Thanks in advance for your help

I would suggest upgrading to the latest svn/trunk code, then enable Agent Screen Debug Logging to see what is going on there.

I'd also like to see the server specs and installer version. Plus the average server load during an instance. You could be at capacity for your system. Out of memory, overloaded CPU ...
