Hi!
I have an inbound campaign when I receive a call sometimes I need to transfer this call to another site but when I do the call the callerID showed to other site is our number I wanna show like callerID the customer phone not our number.
How can I do to show the customer phone when I transfer the call ?

First, you need to make sure your carrier allows you to send out unfiltered callerID numbers.
Then, you can use campaign setting "3-Way Call Outbound CallerID" to CUSTOMER.
When you want to transfer, you will have to do it as a 3-way call and Leave 3-Way for it to work.
