Manual Dial VICIDial

Hi all, I'm using VICIDial VERSION: 2.14-580a BUILD: 161205-1650.
I need my operators to do more rapidly manual dial calls.
Now they have to:
1 Get paused
2 Click on Manual Dial link
3 Type the numer (or with copy & paste)
4 Click on Dial Now
This is too much slow. I need to type the number and start calling typing the enter button on keyboard
Is there a different version of vicidial that can do that?

No, that is not currently an option. Have you tried using the FAST DIAL feature instead?

The Fast Dial Feature is disabled. This morning I try with Admin to get this function.

Yes, it's ok. Now, my call center calls using a dial code, is possibile to apply a default dial code?

That is not currently a feature.

Hi, all. The fast dial looks like to be faster than manual dial. I need to know if is there a trick to have the disposition call screen in the same screen of live call. I think this can speed up work of my call center
