Elapse time is 0:00 HELP!

Postby donX » Wed Apr 19, 2017 11:33 am

Hi,

When i go to realtime report the MM:SS column for the agent monitor is 0:00 and the color schemes has disappeard.

Though the Status and Pause codes updates, the time doesnt.

The same thing is happening through the Agent Screen through "Agents View" panel, the time is stuck in 0:00 no matter what status the agent is.

Please help!

Here's my system info:
VERSION: 2.14-610a
BUILD: 170416-1548
Asterisk 11.22.0-vici
OPenSUseLeap 42.0

Check your time zone settings:
- Linux
- Apache
- MySQL
- VICIdial servers and phones

Make sure they are all set to the same time zones.

Hi mflorell,
Thank you so much for your response.

THe server Local Time ZOne is 8:00, same with their phone configuration.
Linux:
vicisrv02:~ # date
Thu Apr 20 04:10:28 PHT 2017

I noticed that my mysql system_time_zone is using PDT.

When I tried doing this:
SET GLOBAL time_zone='+8:00'; it resolves the issue and the timers starts appearing.

However, the agent screen goes synch error.

What am I missing?

Did you reboot after making those changes?

Hey man,

I've done it. Thank you for the advise. Really helped a lot.

Will take note of the follow when setting the timezone:
1. Linux Timezone (export timezine)
2. php.ini for apache TZ
3. Mysql TZ
4. Vicidial - Server, System Settings and Phone TZ should be set properly.

THANKS A LOT! I LOVE YOU! *nohomo
