LEAD status NEW with user VDAD

Hi all,

I have a big problem with this state when I put the dial_level to 6 this status appears and grows up to 30% of the entire list. I try to put the selection level to 4 and nothing happens. I need to delete this state because it can not be managed and the leads that are selected with this state can not be called or restarted.
i think to create a php script to update these lead but is a workaround and i want to know because this happens.

anyone have idea?

That usually means that you are overloading your system and Asterisk is failing to process some steps properly.
