VICIBox: Unable to access VICIdial Folder through Web

Hi,
I'm unable to access http://192.168.1.XX/vicidial. I'm getting the below error. Please help me resolving the issue. I'm using VICIBox 7 image install.

Same Error when I access Recordings from Server -> Administrator -> Users -> User Stats

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

http://192.168.8.xxx/vicidial <<< if you are dowing this to get to the ftp web page ..in vici 7 its been disabled .... no longer needed mabe ..... not safe ..ezy to hack idk lol

but loging in with an SFTP using root and password and change the file permisions to 777 file located /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk/www/

then youll beed to use putty termanal to login

command to use
cd /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk ..... hit enter
perl install.pl ..... hit enter

N ..... hit enter
