Maybe your dial method is wrong. There is a difference between adapt, ratio and manual dial method (pls. look into Manager Manual). Adapt is some kind of predictive dialing with automatic dial level calculation. The maximum number of lines is in the setting "Maximum Adapt Dial Level". But you are talking about "Auto Dial Level". This is only used by "Ratio" dial method, which means no auto calculation. Only calling (X * Auto Dial Level) lines for X agents. And last but not least there is a master setting for maximum auto dial level. Under SYSTEM SETTINGS -> Auto Dial Limit
