I am having an issue uploading Audio files via the web interface. When I upload the file I get the success message, but cannot see the file in the audio store list. I have checked the sounds directory and audio store directory (weird name), all my other files are there, just not the new ones. I have even tried uploading a file that is already in the audio store, still did not work. Thanks in advance for any help!

Either something has changed on the server's configuration, or it could be out of drive space.

I checked the drive space and we look good there, our biggest drive is only getting 10% used.
I have not made any changes to the servers config. I know we had to have VICI Support hop on to fix an issue with time being calculated incorrectly, not sure if any of those changes could have caused it? The last file i uploaded successfully was 3/6, and we have had VICI Support hop on a few times. Any specific config changes you can think of that i could check?

Not really, I can't say I've run into that issue before myself.

So last night we had VICI Support perform an upgrade, I was hoping that may fix the issue, but it didn't. In the mean time, i wanted to manually upload the audio, but when i run /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_audio_store_sync.pl --upload
, i get Audio Sync Settings not active. Is that normal behavior?
If not, i may have to have your team hop on and see what happened. Running out of ideas.

Might be a simple web config issue then.
Check this System Setting:
Central Sound Control Active -This option defines whether the sound synchronization system is active across all servers. Default is 0 for inactive.
Then check this setting on your dialer servers:
Active Asterisk Server -If Asterisk is not running on this server, or if the dialing processes should not be using this server, or if are only using this server for other scripts like the hopper loading script you would want to set this to N. Default is Y.
They should both be enabled. If you change one of them, then try running the perl script again.

They are both Active.
Just to confirm, i should be running the PERL script on the web server correct?

No, the dialer. The audio store exists on the webserver, and the dialers use the web server as the master.

SO i have 5 dialers, i should run the PERL script on all 5, wait a few minutes, and then see if i can upload audio files to the audio store?

Give it a try. If you can't get it to work, just put in a ticket and we'll take a look at it.
