Easy to use CRM to implement

Something that allows me to keep track of:

-Capture potential customers info
-Keep track of customer during different stages of the processing
-Human Resources ( PayRoll )

I Want this to be very easy to implement, any suggestions and links are very welcome

These are pretty vague requirements, and I can't think of any CRMs that have a full payroll system built into them.

In our experience, the best CRMs are custom programmed to fit your company's needs exactly. What we find with most companies that use standard generic CRM systems is that they are often difficult to customize and are inefficient at handling large amounts of customized data records.
