Vicidial as Openvpn client, Authentication failed

Hi,

I need to access my Vicidial Server from an other external site. I don't have static public IP on Vicidial site but in my other site i have it. So I configure a OpenVPN Server on my router with static IP Public and I connect my Vicidial Server to it.
Now I can access welcome page with the private IP given by the OpenVPN server for my Vicidial Server, but when I click on "Agent Login" or "Administration" it doesn't respond anymore, it turn and turn untill timeout.

What do I need to change in my Vicidial configuration to get access ?

I don't use iptables on my vicidial server. Everything is OK in the same LAN of my Vicidial Server, the problem is only with the VPN.
