Bulk User Copy Issue

Postby DefLeppard » Tue Jun 20, 2017 2:44 pm

I am unable to bulk add users on my Vicidial installation. The Source dropdown does not show any users although I have 10 agents in the system. Screenshot URL below. Please advise on how to fix this.

Might be a User Group permission issue for that user. Also might be older code, would recommend an upgrade.

Try adding "?DB=1" to the end of your URL and see what SQL statement it's using to come up with the list.

Thanks for your response. This server was installed towards the end of February. Please review the version info in my previous post. In fact, I tried this on the latest version on a test server as well. No luck. Its not a user permission issue. The admin user I am using has all permissions enabled. Adding "?DB=1" to the end of the URL does not show me any SQL queries.

Do you see any error messages in the apache error_log file?

I found out what it was. The user group for the admin user did not have any groups selected under Allowed User Groups.
