Play audio file when inbound call is handled

Hello, I'm looking for a way to play an audio file when an inbound call is handled so the audio file may be heard on the recording. Preferably at the campaign or in-group level. Specifically, the audio file will be a recordings disclosure ("This call may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes."). Any suggestions?

You could try doing this using the in-group agent alert option. Just be sure to set the delay very low and add a second of silence in your audio file before it plays.
