So just had a weird thing happen. I was in a call, I suddenly got kicked from the conference, 'Customer has hung up' warning appeared. The realtime main report then show myself and another rep (still on the phone) in a 3-way call. This corrected itself when I logged out, and the 3-way call went away from the realtime screen. The other agent's call never got interrupted... can someone please explain what might have caused this?
