Hi ,
I have a inbound call center setup. Normally when an incoming call is getting routed to an agent, LIVE CALL phrase will be displayed on the agent screen as long as he was in a conversation with the customer.
But,suddenly LIVE CALL phrase was not displaying and call is getting routed to the agent and he is able to communicate with the customer and but on the agent screen, nothing (LIVE CALL or Customer information) is getting displayed.
But in the real time report, i can see that the agent is in INCALL status.
Please advise
