NO Audio for Avatar/SoundBoard

HI guys i have follow the procedure for activating the Soundboard for vicidial, uploaded the audio on the right format, then test it by playing in the soundboard menu and also as login as agent, but the audio does not play at all, no sound at all, and as i check on the logs during the run, there are no indicator that an audio is being played along the way of the calls.

Please any idea on this guys..? Please help Matt.

Have you tried using VICIbox instead?

i will try to check logs again during the pressing of the Audio during calls but as far as my previous checking, nothings happens just plain logs appears during login then dial a number then no error at all.
At the moment we cant do Vicibox coz our Server is remote hosted so we did vicidial ubuntu server scratch install. we been using this server for Dialout, predictive, survey inbound All working with no problem its just with this Soundboard we cant hear the audio that we select on the Audio store, formatted according to the requirements:

16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV audio files(.wav)

we can play the audio on the audio store itself, but with soundboard the indicator plays when we press but no audio at all

Check and make sure the ASTplay IAX loopback account is working and the port for it is open.

What does the Asterisk CLI output look like when you try to use the soundboard?

The issue is already resolved, the issue only is incorrect password for the admin user on the Soundboard Menu itself, after we correct it every button press on the audio all play perfectly. Thanks a lot for your time
