Audio Sound Board Error

Hi,

We installed Asterisk 11.22.0-vici with astguiclient-VERSION: 2.14-615a.Activate the sounboard and create the script and the audio sound board was show in the script.

But when press the audio file its not playing and it shows the following error.All screens are running.

How did you install this server?

What is the version and build of admin.php?

Install using scratch installation with PHP 5.5.9, Server version: Apache/2.4.7, 14.04.1-Ubuntu,Mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.55.

Well, we know it works with VICIbox, but if you can't use that for whatever reason, look at your server's firewall settings.

Its behind the firewall.But i removed the firewall and tested we got this same error.We cant hear the files while playing in the agent screen.

Something is wrong if all 3 of those internal loopback IAX accounts are not registering.

It's difficult to troubleshoot scratch installs, which is why we recommend using VICIbox, because everything just works once the install is complete.

Check your conf files, check your firewall, etc...
