All installation and configuration problems and questions

We have setup Inbound Call Menus with Handle Method = CIDLookup.
When a caller makes a repeat call to the Ingroup, previous comments are not visible. Comments 0. However, comments for that Lead_Id are available in vicidial_comments table. What could be the reason for this problem?
Note: All other details such as First Name, Last Name, Dial Code.... are made well available. Only comments field remains empty.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Are all of your lists set to store audit comments?
Have you tried using "call notes" instead?
