Waiting for Ring...Carrier Setting Issues????

Hello Everyone I have a single server that was set up from ViciBox_v.7.x86_64-7.0.4.iso

I'm unable to make any test calls, I believe that my carrier settings may be incorrect

Carrier ID: flowroute
Carrier Name: FlowRoute
Carrier Description: Flowroute SIP Carrier
Admin User Group: --ALL---

Any help would be appreciated I've tried replacing the dialplan entry with the example from the manual and making changes to it and nothing works. I can connect my softphone to the system and sign in through the site, but trying to make a call just results in waiting for ring....... until it times out.
