VICIBOX not connecting with soft phones

I have installed the latest version of vicibox v.7.0.4-170113

when I try login to the campaign the soft phone is ringing but I can't hear the default prompt that you're the only user in this conference please help me with this

Hi,

If the prompt "You are the currently the only person in this conference" then you are Good to go.

You should check the logs if when logging in you will logs that the system is calling the SIP extension. Also you can check if the scripts are all running.

execute: screen -ls -- it should display 11 screens for a stand alone server.

What does asterisk -vvvvr say when you try to login ?
