(I don't have access to CLI yet, so that's the extent of the info that I can provide right now.)
Can data be uploaded (via Vicidial frontend) into Custom Fields?
I have 7000 leads with many, many fields that may or may not be populated.
So, the idea is to upload the leads, dial them and complete the data that is missing.

Yes, you can uploaded data into Custom List Fields using both the web-based lead loader and the Non-Agent API.
