Agent Call Status Times off

Postby adymeblack » Tue Aug 01, 2017 9:39 am

I recently re-built a brand new vicidial cluster (config below).

I'm seeing this strange problem of the call times not being recorded properly.

Unger Agent Stats, in the Outbound Calls section the call lengths vary from -398404940 to 401596191 (looks like a MySQL epoch time) seconds long for all of my agents (around 150-200 or so)

But under agent activity and recordings the times are correct.

I have some agents that are trying to transfer some calls to another group of agents and are having audio issues doing so. I'm not sure if this is related or not, but that's what lead me to discover this time issue.

Would anyone happen to have an idea on where to look?

Thanks in advance.

Upgrade to more recent svn/trunk. I believe this issue was fixed in June.
