Auto hang up problem

Hi guys,

Im a new to vicidial and now we were encountering this kind of problem, auto hang up weather hopper or in manual dialing. I don't know how to solve this problem, please anyone help me I tried all the solution I found and nothing happens.

I also look at the CLI log but there is no problem except this one

How did you install Vicidial?

Through cluster installation sir...

The IT who install vicibox server said we don't need to upgrade our server

VERSION: 2.8-428a
BUILD: 140305-0846

That version is over 3 years old. I can tell you as the person who wrote VICIdial, that you DO need to upgrade.

Sir i know how to install vicibox but i don't know what are those things i need to backup.
