Closer Status to Ready

Hi,

I would like to change the status of the agents from closer to ready. I already change the campaign settings " allow closer =N" but still the status of the agents are Closer?

Have you tried using the API to do this?

This is an API function as well as something that can be done by a manager from the Real-Time Report.
