I was looking at the Agent Time Detail Report and I noticed that if you add up all of the percentages it result in a value > 100%. However, if you leave off DEAD TIME % it equals 100. Is this a bug or is DEAD time concurrent with one or more of the other "types" of time?
Clarification would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Rockgeneral

DEAD time is part of TALK time, so you shouldn't add it to the others if you are looking for totals.
