I have a user number of 7777
When I go to the modification view for this user I want the check off the in-groups this user can call.
The problem is I have 3 ingroups Salesline, Agentdirect and Agentdirect01, but only Agentdirect is available to be checked off. Does anyone know why the other two ingroups are not available and how I can get them to appear under the ingroup section?
Thanks

Click on User Groups, Click on one of the User Groups in the list, look at "Allowed User Groups"

Hi mflorell
You are saying click on user groups, it is the ingroups that are not appearing for in the user mod view.
Are we talking about the same thing?
Thanks

Sorry, I misread. Take a look at the User Group that is set for the missing in-groups. Also look at the allowed in-groups in the campaign they are logging into, to make sure those in-groups are selected in those campaigns.
