Custom List

Created a custom list field in one of my lists. At bottom of list mod screen it states 1 custom field created for this list, When I login to the agent screen there is no custom field under the form tab.
Could you let me know what the problem might be?

There won't be anything when the agent logs in. The custom form only works with specific lists, and you have to have a lead that is part of one of those lists to see the form tab fields in the agent screen.

Could you explain what you mean by "specific lists?"

Perhaps you could answer another question related to custom fields? After I created the custom field it created "Summary of Field" box with the following labels, Rank, label, Name, Type and Cost 105.
However I do not see a option or do I have a "Cost" when creating the custom field. Could you tell me where I could find it?

"specific lists" means only the lists that you have created custom fields for.

As for COST, that is the MySQL database schema table cost, which cannot exceed 65000 for a single table. It is not something you can set, and has no bearing on your data itself. Most users don't need to worry about the cost at all, we have clients with hundreds of custom fields for a single list and they haven't gotten close to that number.

The form tab is normally blank until there is a live call related to one lead in the list for which the custom fields are created before!
