ERROR GMT OFFSET

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the time zone. Which is not synchronized apparently with the server since when placing a schedule in "admin> call times" the calls are stopped with an hour of delay after


I have checked the time zone of my server which is in "-3" just like the hardware:



I have reviewed the time of php, database and vicidial in which all agree:



Lists are loaded with the correct time zone:



This is my php.ini:



** It should be noted that for the country where I am I have 2 time zones that change so I would also like to know how to change the default value of the loads of the leads**

In the OS configuration I also have time zone -3:


Even so when I put the command:

Giving me as "LOCAL GMT OFFSET NOW: -2",When in fact up to value by default database is in "-3"



My problem is that something I have to configure and I do not know. I would like to know since later on I also have to make all this change again to leave it at -4 as time zone since for my country we have changing time zones according to the seasons of the year.

If you need any extra information please tell me so I can give them since I do not have much experience in this. Thank you very much for your help.

When you load your leads, what is the phone_code and what is the country_code?

There are several options for setting of time zones for your leads, and there is even a List override for how the time zone is calculated.

I do not charge any phone_code since by default it takes the correct time zone, but still the leads are stopped an hour later than indicated in call times. Although I tested by placing phone_code and I can place the time zone that I want but still with this I have an offset of one hour as indicated in calltimes
