I just installed vicidial 2.0.3 on new server . Everything setup .. manual dial working ..
I made a test campaign and attached list to it . I did manual dial on campaign and everything is working fine . Now i set campaign to ADAPT_hardlimt mode and agents cna login and ready to take calls but vicidial is not making any outbound call .
This campaign has 1 active lists and 0 inactive lists
|| This campaign has 2663 leads to be dialed in those lists - HIDE
This campaign has 99 leads in the dial hopper
Even in realtime screen its showing agent as ready and 0 calls being dialed .
screen -r
There are several suitable screens on:
5356.ASTupdate (Detached)
8285.ASTVDadapt (Detached)
5368.ASTVDremote (Detached)
5362.ASTlisten (Detached)
5230.ASTfastlog (Detached)
5359.ASTsend (Detached)
5365.ASTVDauto (Detached)
Campaign is also set to 24 hour .. I am sure i am missing something in this new setup .This is not a asterisk problem but some vicidial configuration error in my system since realtime screen shows 2663 dialable leads and 0 calls being placed .

is this a multi-server setup? are the time on the servers synchronized? is the firewall enabled? these are the usual scenarios where auto-dial doesn't dial.

Ok i got it working .. for some reason running AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl made it to work on next login .
I am getting this problem now . When i dispose a call the call on customer side is not hungup until the customer actually hangs up . even if call is disposed and agent is shown ready for next call .. the call at customer's end is not hung up ..

Click the "show conference call" link on the lower left portion of the agent's screen. It will show you all the agent's active lines. You can manually hangup the customer's line there.

Yah i can see there .. Actually i was testing over a slow connection and server is in data center .. i think that was the reason , when i clicked on pause it took some time to show pause in real time screen too .. I will check it on lease line and see if problem persists .
Btw its single server setup .CentOS 4.5 .. Core2duo e6300 , 1 GB ram .
