inbound with vicidial facing avaya

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble with how to's in terms on setting up an inbound campaign with an avaya trunk.

I have a current clustered vicidial setup that's catering outbound campaign. This dialer with asterisk trunk facing an avaya trunk since they are using an AVAYA hard phone.

How do I set up an inbound campaign?

1. Do I need to create another AVAYA trunk other than the existing one?
2. Do I need another trunk in the asterisk end?
3. Do I need to add another carrier?
4. Will a dialplan needed to be added for this to work?

Please advise.
