What is your admin.php version and build? The ones in your signature don't match what I see on that screenshot.

Go to admin => System Settings.

Check your "Active Voicemail Server" Make sure it is your server ip.
Then "Reload Dial Plans on Servers" on the same page but near the bottom.

1) Do this

hansg wrote:Go to admin => System Settings.

Check your "Active Voicemail Server" Make sure it is your server ip.
Then "Reload Dial Plans on Servers" on the same page but near the bottom.

2) Change this to present time (probably safest to set it to an even hour until you test to see if it'll run at odd times).

In System Settings, is your Voicemail server set to a live asterisk server on your cluster?

2400 doesn't exist in Linux, so yours is never running. The time goes from 2359 to 0000. Try changing to 0000 and see if that helps.
