customer has hung up, 2.0.95

hello,
we have the problem, that our callagents are phoning and during the call, they get the message "Customer has hung up". But they're still phoning.

After that, the Hotkeys are no more available and if the customer do not hang up the phone, the next customer comes in the conference room and then they are three persons in the conference room.

we are working with:
VERSION: 2.0.95 BUILD: 70402-1157
asterisk 1.2.18
server debian etch, callagent computer debian etch
firefox, phone is sjphone, version 1.65 lnx

we're using iax-trunk for calling out
AND we are phoning in Austria

any solutions for this problem?

iam having the same issue

but iam using

asteriks 1.2.17
and AGC 2.0.3

any one have solution or suggestion for the same

Did you apply the cli chow channels concise patch to Asterisk before compiling it?

What is the Asterisk version field set to in your servers table?

i have set to 1.2.17

and my installed version of asterisks also 1.2.17

Please post the output of "show channnels concise" on the Asterisk CLI

At the same time post the contents of the live_channels and live_sip_channels tables in mysql

Hi

I have found some problem

due to unexpected server down

the tables corrupted, so i have fixed the mysql

i need to test , for the 2 agents i dont see this screen

for that 2 agents, Call dialed but i dont see customer data on agents screen, and iam able to see the Live CALL and voice
