Transfer Conference Button

Hi William,

good day..I would like to ask some advised regarding on our issue.Transfer conf and park customer button were grayed out if doing manual.But if using autodial transfer button are working fine.Please help..thanks

Does the LIVE CALL indicator in the corner show on manual dial calls for you?

I installed using VERSION: 2.9-441a and transfer conf button is working fine.Is this related to version issue?

Maybe, you can't mix versions on a VICIdial install. Everything needs to be from the same svn revision.

Try to play with asterisk version under Admin - Servers.

I have seen servers with asterisk version setting causing problems with detecting manual calls. Changing it to actual server version you are running fixes the issue. May do the same for you
