1) if you are trying to get vicidial to "dial out", I do not understand the reference to "the inbound call" that vicidial is "aware" of. You lost me there.I can't seem to get Vicidial to dial out. Vicidial is aware of the inbound call, but does not pop the agent screen nor am I able to hangup the call thru Vicidial. I have to hangup using the phone SIP.
Have you gotten vicidial working with standard sip lines or in any other way to be sure you at least have the concept of vicidial down?
have you followed any tutorial on how to set up your first campaign in vicidial?
