Call_in Phone Entry

Does the Call_In phone entry, dial-in VICIdial agents still work? I see it in the managers manual (page 190), but do not see it in ADMIN>PHONE.

You have to add the phone entry in Admin -> Phones yourself if you want to use it.

Are there pros and cons of setting agents up this way?

Does that mean there should be some options Admin>Phones to set this up?

It's designed for agents that don't have phones on the system, so it's rarely used. I can only think of a few of our clients that have used it in 9 years.
