Guys,

I have somehow multiple Prank callers on my inbound numbers, i already added those number on Filter Phone Groups and this Filter Phone Groups are being used by all DID number, Problem with it is that the number still keeps calling even its already added on the filter, any idea guys how to stop it somehow. Thanks

Guys, any idea on this somehow please i already added the number on the Filter group, but still the number that do the prank caller able to dial the vicidial system still, any idea guys how to completely block this numbers somehow..?

Your filter is probably not getting it because the CID is not really matching or because the filter is not applied properly (both are regular occurrences). Put your own number in and test until you're blocked (so you know the filter is applied properly).

Then verify the "offending" number:

Is the CID being received as a 10 digit number? 11 digits starting with 1? Or +1 and then 10 digits?
