Recording issue on new Vicibox Install

Good morning before i start here is my build VERSION: 2.14-638a
BUILD: 171018-2234

My issue i have is the following. When i try to listen to a reps recording after a call is over i notice the link isnt the same as it appeared on my last install of vicidial. It looks like this now.....

When i click the link it takes me to a page that says recording dont exist. Not sure why this happened any suggestions how to fix this?

What version of VICIbox did you install?

Is this a stand-alone system or are you sending the recordings to a separate archive server?

This is a stand alone server im not sure if i selected "will this server be used as an archive server" y/n not sure what i selected here during the vicibox-install process

Did you turn on "Log Recording Access" in System Settings?

If so, turn it off and try again.

Yes it was set to "1" i changed it to "0" and will see what the new recordings look like and post back.
