Hi
We recently tried the feature of Manual dial auto next with timer set to 15 seconds. But issue is system dials the numbers even if agent goes to pause mode and connects the call to agent. Only option to stop dialing is to logout when the timer count down starts.
Campaign setting --Inbound Manual, Manual dial auto next -- 15 secs.
Is there any other setting am missing ?

Nope, that is how the feature is supposed to work. That is as the client that paid for it wanted it to work.

Thanks Matt for clarification.
We will contact vicidial sales for feature modification cost to stop dialing when paused.
