Vicibox7 broadcast

Good Day,

I currently finished setting up my vicibox server version 7, but i still cannot access it,
i used IP reservation along with a static IP set-up since the standard ISP modem doesn't have the feature.
and the set-up which i have to add port forwarding and virtual server from the router i recently bought
not quite sure why i still cannot access it or is there any command to launch it? this is my first time setting up and im kinda confused and lost

PS. i used port 80 to run it
