HI support

my setup
VERSION: 2.14-639a|BUILD: 171028-0913 | Scratch install on centos 6.5 | SIP trunk

my current vicidial config is create a voice broadcast campaing with remote agent

Once the customer answers the call, a welcome message will be played if interested press 1 if not press 2.(ie used 8373 as route extension)
after pressing 1 it should go to the remote agents , the remote agents is the below dialplan which will play a message and hangup.
remotes agent starts from 3001 to 3010 total 10 agents in realtime.

exten => 8888,1,Answer()
exten => 8888,2,Playback(thanksgetback)
exten => 8888,3,Hangup

PROBLEM

No problem in autodial, calls are dialling and transferring to remote agents.
the problem is only one call is getting transferred to remote agents, all remote agents showing one calls attended.

rest all the calls which are pressed 1 by customer, its going as DROP as no agent available.
but realtime screen shows Agents are Ready.

Any Specific settings required while doing SURVEY campaign with non agent (ie remote agent method)

Hi,

You can set the drop to forward to an ingroup and play the message.
