Passing parameters to webform and launch script on user logi

Hi I am using script to call iframe web URL to vicidial. It is working fine. I just want a small help where I can call a different script on login so that script page is not blank. And also when I call the weburl on login to vicidial I want to pass user and pass of vicidial to the webform. Please help on the same.
