Hi!
I have one campaing dialing manual and blended sometimes the same agent receive an inbound call when it is in outbound call
Any cluees where can I start to solve this issue ?

I would suggest upgrading to the latest svn/trunk. We have made a lot of changes to help prevent this issue earlier this year.

I updated my vicidial but I am getting 2 calls at same time yet.
This happens when I take call MAN_INBOUND. I am gonna test in predictive mode
Any ideas to avoid this ?

Turn on Agent Screen Debug Logging in System Settings, then you'll be able to see everything that is going on with the agent screen when this happens.
How frequently is this happening?
